(“ISBD”), having its registered office at 2630 Monroeville Blvd #396, Monroeville, PA 15146, as a 501(c)(3) public charity with EIN 25-1846520, represented herein by Chad Daversa in his capacity of Executive Director. ISBD is a U.S.-based charitable organization within a mission to foster international collaboration in education, research and clinical care to improve the lives of those living with bipolar disorder and related conditions.

By accessing the ISBD website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, with together with our privacy policy governs ISBD’s relationship with you in relation to this website. Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms of Use shall not affect ISBD’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
