Accommodations
The 26th Annual Conference of the International Society for Bipolar Disorders (ISBD) will be held in Reykjavik, Iceland September 29-October 1, 2024 at the Harpa Concert Hall and Convention Center . Reservations can be made online using the link found in your conference registration confirmation email. Rooms are on a first come first serve basis, be sure to secure your hotel accommodations as soon as possible as availability at the group rate is limited. The deadline to reserve your accommodations at the group rate is September 7, 2024 (or until the block sells out, whichever comes first).

Full payment for accommodation is required by credit card upon booking. Accepted credit cards are Visa & Mastercard. On-line payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of accommodation must be sent in writing to the Housing Organizers, Athygli Conferences. Email: thorunn@atconferences.is
Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the arrival date minus ISK 10.000 administration fee.
Neither the organization of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
Service fee for all changes is ISK 4.500
