Registration

 Registration for the 2026 Annual Conference in Vancouver will open in early February.

 

RATE INFORMATION:

Registration rates for attendees are based on the attendee’s current country of residence. Click here to view the area country classifications (based on the World Bank Country classifications).  Attendees still in training qualify for a lower registration rate regardless of current residence (verification of student status is required during the registration process).

*Student/Resident/Trainee/Postdocs must be currently enrolled in school or a training program.  Students must provide a current student ID that clearly indicates their student status or letter from their training director to verify their registration status.  If your institution ID does not clearly identify you as a student, please submit a letter from your director.
**Early Career is defined as up to 4 years out of training.  Those wishing to register in the early career category must submit a current CV to verify eligibility.
***Mid Career is defined as between 5-8 years out of training.  Those wishing to register in the mid career category must submit a current CV to verify eligibility.
****Those that are a part of an accepted symposia or  workshop

*****Those with lived experience of bipolar disorder, as well as their caregivers, supporters, and advocates may qualify for a reduced registration rate.  Please contact ISBD@ParthenonMgmt.com to inquire about eligibility.

 

 

Group Registrations: Group registrations can be made through the system.  For instructions on how to register a group, click here.  

 

Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel a registration for a partial refund is August 14, 2026.  Cancellations made before this date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.  Any cancellations received after the deadline are not eligible for a refund.  Cancellations must be received in writing at ISBD@ParthenonMgmt.com. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
