COVID 19 Resources

The coronavirus pandemic is having a huge impact on our communities worldwide and we would like to support people living with bipolar disorder, along with their families and loved ones. During periods of stress and social isolation, it is even more important to maintain your quality of life and to attend to both your basic needs (nutrition, sleep, and health) and those that give you fulfillment (hobbies, social interaction, exercise and relaxation).  And keep in mind that social distancing does not have to mean social isolation.  

To help provide some insight during this time, the ISBD Task Force on Chronobiology has developed a tip sheet called The COVID-19 Pandemic and Emotional Wellbeing: Tips for Healthy Routines and Rhythms During Unpredictable Times.  The Task Force has translated the document into the following languages (Please click on the language to access the document):
