Travel Awards

These awards aim to support the attendance of early career scientists and clinicians to the Society’s annual meetings in order to present their research.

Early Career researchers or clinicians

  • Up to 2 years post PhD for non-medical applicants
  • Up to 2 years post-residency for medically qualified applicants

Application Process

  • Abstract of high scientific merit
  • Letter of nomination by a member of the Society who is familiar with the applicant and his work (this could be the applicant’s mentor or head of research group/department)
  • Applicants CV
  • Additional letters of support by Society’s members (optional)

 

Fellowships

The Society plans to develop a Fellowship program to support early career scientists and clinicians wishing to enrich their experience and training outside their home institution.
